Double Room Rustington (female preferred)

Small double furnished room to rent in a quiet, clean family home in Rustington near the beach

Most amenities are within walking distance:

Seafront -2 mins
Town -5 mins
Angmering and Littlehampton train stations 30 mins walk or 8 mins drive

This is a friendly house but not a party venue.

Bathroom is shared occasionally with one other person, full use of kitchen and dining room. There is also a garden and off road parking.

I'm looking for someone that is in full time employment and that is clean and tidy.

I work from home, therefore not suitable for someone else that also works from home full time, the odd day at home would be fine.

Unfortunately, no partners would be permitted to stay, would accept a child to stay for occasional nights.

I have a small male dog, unfortunately due to this reason, I can't have cats staying or other male dogs. I can consider a small neutered female dog providing they get on with mine.

References will be required. Would also consider Mon-Fri let for £475

As I also live in the property, It's important i find the right person, so would need to meet any prospective lodgers prior to making any decisions
