Double Room Rustington

Small double furnished room to rent in a quiet clean family home in Rustington. Most amenities are within walking distance:

Seafront -2 mins
Town -5 mins
Angmering and Littlehampton train stations 30 mins

Bathroom is shared with one other person occasionally.

Shared kitchen and dining room. There is also a garden and off road parking.

This is a friendly house but not a party venue. I'm looking for someone that is in full time employment. I work from home so not suitable for someone else that also works from home full time, the odd day at home would be ok.

There are a few general house rules: clean up after yourself, no party's, no partners, no children.

I have a small male dog so the person will need to be comfortable with animals. Unfortunately, I can't have cats here or other dogs, i would consider a small female neutered dog providing they get on with mine.

References will be required. Would consider Mon-Fri let for £475

The room is available now. As I live here too, I would need to meet any prospective lodgers prior to making any decisions .
