Double Room Rustington

Small double furnished room to rent in a quiet family home in Rustington. Most amenities are within walking distance:

Seafront -2 mins
Town -5 mins
Angmering and Littlehampton train stations 30 mins

This is a friendly house but not a party venue.

Bathroom is shared with one other person occasionally, use of kitchen and dining room. There is also a garden and off road parking.

I'm looking for someone that is in full time employment and someone that is clean and tidy. Ideally, I would prefer a female

I work from home, therefore not suitable for someone else that also works from home full time, the odd day at home would be fine.

Unfortunately no partners would be permitted to stay, however, would be ok for a child to stay for occasional nights.

I have a small male dog and unfortunately, due to this reason, I can't have cats staying. I would consider a small female neutered dog providing they get on with mine.

References will be required. Would also consider Mon-Fri let for £475

As I have to live here , It's important i find the right person , so would need to meet any prospective lodgers prior to making any decisions
