The bungalow is in the Salvington area of Worthing, on the edge of the South Downs and three miles from the sea. It is surprisingly peaceful here despite being close to local amenities. Council tax band D.
Public transport and good road links are close by. There are local shops and parks within walking distance.

- Large lounge with woodburner and smart tv for cosy evenings.
