Room in the country

A quiet household in the South Downs National park; the accommodation being offered is a single/small double bedroom. It is not en-suite, so occupants will have to share family bathroom.
It would be advisable for occupant to drive as there is only a limited bus service, and the nearest bus stop is 10-15 minutes walk away, nearest train station is 2.5 miles away.
The monthly rental includes council tax, broadband, gas, electric, water and sewerage costs. Food could be provided at an extra, negotiable, price.
Preferred occupant would be a more mature, professional person.
