Hi there!

I’m Christie and I’m on the lookout for a friendly female housemate to join our cosy three-bedroom home in Sayers Common. Our last flatmate spent all his time in his room and didn’t want to be sociable, so I’d love someone who’s up for hanging out now and again (I’d really love some company) but who also wants their own space.

You’ll have the master double bedroom all to yourself, with built-in wardrobes and a sparkling new en-suite shower room—plenty of room for your things. We’ve got off-street parking too, and being right by the A23 means Hassocks and Hurstpierpoint are just a quick drive away.

A bit about me: I’m recovering from an illness at the moment and building my own social-media business from home (or sometimes a local café), so I’m around most days. My brother Matt lives here too—he’s outgoing and often away on work trips, so the house can be pretty quiet. Hence why I’d prefer some company.

Oh, and we have two lovable cats, so you must be an animal person! I’m 38 and Matt is 36; we’re very chilled, kind people and are normally in bed by 10 pm, so the house is a nice, quiet place to relax.
