Are you a tidy, sociable female aged 20 or above looking for a cosy and welcoming home?

We are seeking a friendly, easy-going housemate who wants to be friends and not just roommate who we have zero interaction with.

Our lovely three-bedroom house is situated in the heart of Sayers Common. The available room is a master double bedroom, complete with built-in wardrobes and a brand-new en-suite shower room offering plenty of storage. The house also features a charming conservatory, a garden, and off-street parking. With easy access to the A23 and nearby villages such as Hurstpierpoint and Hassocks, it’s an ideal location.

A bit about us: I live here full-time, while my brother Matt stays in the third bedroom but travels frequently for work, so he’s away a lot. Matt is outgoing and loves to travel, while I’m a positive and kind person who enjoys cosy evenings watching Netflix, spending time with family, and living a healthy lifestyle. We also have two very friendly cats so being an animal lover is a must!

I’m currently recovering from an illness and spend a lot of time at home working on setting up my online social media business. I often work from home or in local coffee shops, so you’ll find me around the house quite a bit.

We’re really looking for someone who will be a friend and part of our home dynamic.
