My brother and I are looking for a friendly, laid-back housemate who is tidy, considerate, and not into partying. Our home is located on a quiet, relaxed street, perfect for someone who enjoys a peaceful environment and wants to relax with us.

Situated in the heart of Sayers Common, our charming 3-bedroom house features a master double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a brand-new ensuite shower room. The room is furnished with a bed and offers ample storage space. The house also includes a lovely conservatory and a garden for you to enjoy. With easy access to the A23 and the villages of Hurstpierpoint and Hassocks, convenience is at your doorstep. You'll have full access to the house, and there is off-street parking available. We have two very friendly cats, so an animal lover is definitely preferable.

We seek a housemate who wants to be friends and part of the family, not just someone we rarely interact with. I am currently recovering from a health condition and working from home while setting up my own business. My brother works in events, so he's busy during the week but enjoys relaxing on weekends. Therefore, we would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home, as space at the dining table is limited.
