There are dogs on the property that you will need to walk through to access it so you would need to be confident with dogs but they have no access to the annexe itself. Annexe is fully furnished. 5 minutes drive from PRH / Haywards Heath. Very peaceful area. Proof of employment is a must and three months payslips. Rent includes all bills. Single person only. More photos/ viewing on request. No terrestrial tv just wifi so Netflix/ on demand etc
