stove/hob/extractor, microwave, kettle &
toaster, also with some crockery, cutlery &
kitchen utensils;

- Covered outdoor space and garden;
- All bills included, subject to an allowance of £50pm for electricity. A meter will be installed in the near future to monitor usage.

ONE ROOM IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED.
WE HAVE OUR PROPERTY ON THE MARKET AND ARE LOOKING FOR A SHORT TERM TENANCY TO FILL THE OTHER ROOM/EN-SUITE.
