Lovely furnished double room in brand new flat

The flat is new and spacious throughout, broadband and sky available if you would like sky in your room this will be extra, im very down to earth clean friendly person i would very much like the same, i am hardly here so it should suit most people lovely place, off road parking, 30 seconds from the high street and all bus routes, it is a second floor flat with a young child downstairs so music would have to be kept to a minimum
