Beautiful Coastal Cottage!!!!!

We are looking for a happy reliable and tidy professional person with Gsoh to rent a large bright spacious furnished double room in our stunning coastal cottage. Lovely chilled atmosphere - Own private sitting room with flatscreen TV broadband and wifi - own private lodger bathroom - the owner is only there a few days a week - this high end accommodation is in a quiet chilled location close to the sea but only 15 mins from Chichester and 30 mins to Portsmouth - we are at the top of Selsey so very easy access in and out village is a 10 min walk - supermarket only 2 mins walk - very reliable bus service and bus stop very close.

We completely respect our lodgers space - happy to help with anything if needed. This is a really chilled household!!

There is plenty of parking and we have a cleaning service once a week.

This is a rental for one person and we don't take children!!
