Looking for a flatmate to share a lovely flat

Hi,
I’m looking for a flatmate to share a lovely furnished two-bedroom apartment in the middle of Shoreham.

The room is a big double - there’s also a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and large living room with tv, sofas and dining table. There’s also a balcony/terrace for sitting out, with views over the river and Shoreham Beach.

The location is great - it’s right in the middle of Shoreham, close to the shops, cafes and supermarket, a five minute walk from Shoreham Beach, and round the corner from the station and a 700 bus stop. The train takes 10 minutes to Hove, 16 minutes to Brighton, and 10 minutes to Worthing. There is also plenty of parking available if you have a car.

About me - I’m a 30-something year old, Irish girl who works in Hove. I tend to work too hard and am also away a lot at weekends and holidays but am friendly, easy going and tidy when I am around. I work in heritage and am interested in history, travel, gin, and artsy stuff. I’d love to find someone with similar interests to share with.
