I have a lovely furnished double room with own bathroom and parking space available in a 3 story town house in Shoreham-by-Sea.
The house is set on a development near Shoreham hospital. It has 3/4 bedrooms, kitchen/family room, dining room, lounge, bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, small garden with shed. Shoreham station is approximately a 15 minute walk and The Holmbush Centre with Tesco, M&S, and Next Superstore are minutes away by car.
The tenancy includes:
1) Double room - double bed and full width mirrored fitted wardrobes.
2) Bathroom - 1st floor bathroom would be solely for your use as I have an en-suite.
3) Designated parking space
4) Use of communal areas - fully equiped kitchen (light cooking only), lounge, garden
No other tenants except for myself and my two Jackhuahua dogs. We will be based on the 2nd floor of the property.
We are a Vegan household so would happily accept Vegans / Vegetarians. I will consider people with other dietary requirements - but this is to be discussed. I’m looking for someone professional, respectful, quiet and tidy.
We are a happy, content and quiet household. You must love / be comfortable with dogs as I have two small Jackhuahua’s. My current tenant has been with me for over 3 years but is leaving due to a fantastic opportunity to work abroad. I’m sure they would be happy to provide references regarding their tenancy.
