Huge Room in Centrally Located Flat

Huge (14 feet X 13 feet/ approx. 4 meters X 4 meters) room in central Shoreham By Sea, 5 minute walk to train station, shops and High Street. Furnished with double bed, bed base with storage drawers, double wardrobe, desk and stool, and TV with DVD player. This ground floor flat has a private entrance, off street car park, and shared back garden. High ceilings and large rooms give this flat a bright and airy feeling, there is a large front room, good sized kitchen, separate toilet, and bathrooms, hallway closets for storage, and a washer/ dryer for shared use.
I work as a professional chef 45+ hours a week and in my free time study Buddhism, and enjoy yoga, bike rides, reading, visiting with friends, and meditation. I’m quite clean and tidy and ask that the tenant simply tidy up after themselves in the kitchen and other shared spaces, and on occasion take out the rubbish or recycling, I take care of cleaning the toilet, bath, floors, etc... I also provide toilet roll, kitchen roll and washing up liquid for dishes.
I strive to live an environmentally conscientious lifestyle, all household products are responsibly sourced refills, and my own diet is evolving towards completely being vegan. I hope to find a like minded person with whom to share this space!
