Room Available in Furnished Flat - Shoreham Beach

We are looking for a new flatmate to join in a house share with two existing guys. We both work full time and enjoy a number of hobbies so tend to be fairly busy at weekends but still around. The flat is two storied with the bedrooms and bathroom on the 1st floor of the flat (3rd of the building) and the open plan kitchen/dining room/living room upstairs on the 4th floor of the building. Due to its location and height, the flat boasts great views of the sea, Worthing and Brighton/Beachy Head from the balcony. The flat is furnished and has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave. In the bedroom is a desk and cupboard along with a single bed - the previous tenant actually had his own double bed in the room so one will fit if required.
