2 Lovely Dbl rooms Available in Ace Shared House

We have a large 2 large Dbl rooms available to rent in our lovely characterful house in Shoreham by Sea. We're looking for a friendly, professional person.

Hi, we are Rachel (27, working in operations for IT), Lucy (27, homeless charity worker), Kieran (37, runs his own flaming and stretch tent business), Lawrence (29, runs his own car remapping business) and LJ (31, paramedic).

We are looking for another 2 additions to our humble home. We all work very hard and love to spend quality time together as a house (chatting, drinking, board games, Catan, beach hang outs, fires and bbq in the garden, pub trips, playing musical instruments, cooking and eating together, gardening etc).

Looking for like minded social person to join our little family! We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful house and we like to keep it that way by means of a weekly cleaning rota so looking for someone who doesn't mind pitching in/house proud.

A member of our household looks after her family dog for the weekend occasionally so someone who is ok with dogs preferred.

The house is set over three floors and has a large open plan kitchen / lounge. Wood burner in the open plan lounge/kitchen. There are two showers, a bath and three loos. There's a huge back garden with large wooden wood fired hot tub and small front garden with lockable bike shed for all to use. Wooden floors. Huge open plan kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, 6 ring gas hob, 2 ovens and freezer.

We are on Eastern Avenue opposite the allotments. It is around a 6 minute walk to Shoreham Train Station and 10 minutes walk into Shoreham town centre. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house which has direct busses into Brighton every 10 or so minutes.

The rooms are £600pm and have large windows and lots of light. We take a deposit though do not charge any agency fees as we're a private landlord.
Bills extra £50 per room pm and this includes a cleaner for 2 hours each week.

Sorry, no pets.
