Live-in friendly landlady. Telephone bill not included. Wide garden, 3 floors, one bathroom, separate living room and conservatory. Virgin broadband and landline, washing machine. Free and plenty of parking on street. Bicycles & smokers are welcome in the garden. I like my house clean and tidy, not ideal for people who socialises a lot or who has a partner. I just want the usual, respectful and thoughtful people who clean after themselves and that are not party animals and have consideration for neighbours and housemates. Females only please.
