Room With A Beautiful View

Hello people. I'm looking for a lodger to come and live with me in a semi-rural location just outside Shoreham-by-sea. I live in a cottage on a farm just inside the South Downs National Park, a 5 minute drive from Shoreham-by-sea and a 10 minute drive to Steyning.

The cottage has beautiful views of the South Downs and the river Adur. It is a very special spot and I feel very blessed to live here, surrounded by beautiful countryside and a big garden.
Due to the semi-rural location this logdings would only suit someone who has their own vehicle.

I'm looking for someone who would like to share our cosy home and all the uniqueness of its location.

I'm a single parent and my 5yr old son stays with me for half the nights of the month. We lead a simple yet active life, often heading out for adventures in the campervan or recently doing lots of gardening and exploring our new surroundings.

The rent is £600 per month inclusive of bills. I can reduce the rent for a Mon-Fri lodger and possibly bring the move in date forwards.
