Double room in house near the River Adur

Short Term Let Only .Hi everyone, I'm subletting a room in this 3 bedroom house asap. £450 including bills and wifi. Sharing with just myself.. a vegan circus type performer. Easy going nature essential . 5 minutes walk from the river. 10 minutes from the train station. 20 mins from the sea. A great location. Some extra storage space available in the garage.
The tenant would need to sign a rolling month by month contract (which i'm also on ) with my amiable landlord and landlady. I'm a professional performer/juggler currently not working due to covid 19 hence the subletting. Happy to answer any questions. The room has a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and i'm just about to get decent single bed for your room There is easy on street parking on this lovely quiet road. thanks Jason
