Large communal kitchen and living room which is fully furnished, shared bathroom with one female flat mate. and use of a spare guest bedroom. Tenants also have access to a communal swimming pool, spa / sauna and gym.

5-10 minute walk into Shoreham with frequent buses into Brighton & Worthing. 15 minutes to Shoreham railway station. Flat comes with a parking space, alongside visitor parking spaces and on road parking.

Current flat mates are young professional who undertake shift work. However, still find time to be social and often have house day trips and activities.
