You get your own living room and a separate bedroom.
You share bathrooms, kitchen, conservatory & a good size garden.
3 other mature men in the property each with their own private living room as well. It will feel like you have your own flat.

Rent is the Local Housing Authority rate so you don't pay a penny providing you are on full housing allowances and over 35. If you don't get full allowances, then happy to have a conversation to understand your position.
