Double room in a flat near Southland's hospital. All bills and WiFi included for £575/month. Whole flat was refurbished four years ago. There is only sporadic access to the lounge however dependant on whether I am working away or not.
The room has a double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. This is a quiet flat in a quiet block of 6 flats. Not a party house by any means. Looking for someone independent, tidy and respectful. Room available immediately.
