Double bedroom in Shoreham

I have a bright and light room available for rent(ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED) .The room is located on the ground floor, providing easy access to both the kitchen and the washroom. The kitchen is shared with myself, a single mom, and my 16-year-old son. We also have a friendly dog. Since we have our own bathroom upstairs, the downstairs washroom will be for your sole use.

Room
The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside lamp, mirror, table, and two chairs. It’s ideal for someone looking for a cozy, comfortable space.

Kitchen
The house has been recently refurbished with a modern kitchen and washroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, in-built fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, induction cooker, and toaster. You are welcome to use the dishes and pots as well.

We also have a lovely garden in the backyard and a garage. There’s a parking space available right in front of the house for your convenience.
