Large studio room available overlooking the beach

I have a very large double studio room overlooking and with access to Shoreham Beach. The room size is 21ft x 13ft and will be available from early November once the redecoration has been completed. ( please take this into account when looking at photos -) . It has its own en suite with toilet/shower/large basin/heated towel rail. Additionally in the room is a double bed with storage underneath and a very good mattress. Small table & chairs and comfy sofa. It also has 2 very large double built in cupboards/wardrobes so there would be lots of space . The room comes with a small " kitchenette" which includes a toaster/kettle/microwave and full size fridge. There is a shared utility room with washing machine/heated airer or you can have your own airer in your room. Washing line outside when weather improves. Parking on the driveway. Should you wish to be completely independent you can come and go from the French doors in your room. There is no access to the main kitchen or sitting room but there is a small snug available ( currently also used as office) This room would not suit couples or anyone working from home full time.
