Hey, I am looking for a flatmate as my friend would like to move out from the house!
I am a Hungarian guy working mainly from home but needs to travel to Luton once per week due to work and also spending quite a lot of time away, so you can enjoy your “me-time” often! :)
The available room is a single room with a separate bathroom, but if needed I am happy negotiate and swap my double ensuite bedroom!
The rent is 1250£ therefore 625£ would be your part and the bills are around 350 £ which makes it 800£ per person appr. Summer time will be less due to heating!
The contract is till 25th September when I am more likely to move out so if you would like to stay longer you will need to find a new flatmate.
