Room in a 1930's fixer-upper semi in Shoreham by Sea. Fridge/Freezer space, Kitchen space, shared shower room. WiFi. Washer/dryer. Double glazing :-)

LGBTQ+ and BIPOC folks most welcome and female/-identifying preferred.

Shops, trains and busses = close
Best pub in the world = close
Sea = close-ish.

In-house professional artists and musicians, chaotic but also chill. We have an old lady cat living in the house and our other kidults & Friends drop by on occasion.

Huge garden, which you can smoke in if you like, just not in the house. Lots of cosy nooks , pond and vegetables.

Must warn that is there is no "central" heating, but we have electric blankets, storage heaters, halogen & IR heaters plus a wood burner in the lounge room.

A good few jumpers for winter are advised!

Street parking available— can get quite busy, but it’s liveable. Side access for cycles.
