Double sized room with en suite

Will be shared living room and kitchen, the lounge has virgin tv, all bills included in the fee.

I have listed this as unfurnished but the current tenant (who is moving out at the end of June) is happy to sell the bookshelf in the picture, the 2x bedside cabinets and the ottoman bed frame (mattress not included). The bedroom does already have a built in double door storage cupboard.

The Flat is about a 15min walk to Shoreham train station. Brighton is about 15/20 mins on the train and London is about 45/60 mins on the train. I will be living here, I work Monday to Friday in Brighton . Very clean and tidy flat mate, like cooking and chilling out in the evenings.
