Bedroom with ensuite in spacious Shoreham flat

I’m Tim and my flat is located in a quiet marina complex on Shoreham Beach, which is approximately 5 minutes' walk (West) to the footbridge and (South) to the beach itself.

The interior space is over 2 levels (2nd floor and top), with all the bedrooms and bathrooms/WCs on lower level and large, sky-lit kitchen-sitting room above.

You will also have free access to a gym, swimming pool and sauna, located 2 minutes’ walk away and there is adequate visitor parking around the development.

Council tax, Internet and Electricity costs are all included.

Your bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and under-stairs storage space There's also a bathroom off the hallway, which is used by me and guests/visitors.

I work part-time from home, so am here most of the time. My young cat Nero is sociable and independent and likes to roam the area during the day.

The room is available from 14th September, but I'd like to meet and get to know my new flatmate and his/her requirements and expectations in advance.
