I'm Tim.
My flat is on the river side of Shoreham Beach, approximately 5 minutes' walk from the footbridge and beach itself.
It occupies 2 floors (second + loft conversion) with bedrooms and bathrooms/WCs at lower level and large kitchen-sitting room with skylights above.
You will have free access to a gym, swimming pool and sauna, located just across the courtyard.
There is adequate 'visitor' parking around the development.
Your bedroom is the biggest one, with its own shower/sink behind a sliding door.
There's room to add a desk and TV if you want workspace and privacy to relax.
There's a shared full sized bathroom/WC off the corridor but most of the time it would be "yours", as my bedroom has an en suite shower/sink/WC.
NB Guests/visitors would use it too.
I work part-time, from home, so am here most of the time.
My young cat likes to eat, sleep, roam the area.
The space is available now, but I'd like to meet and get to know a little about my new flatmate and his/her requirements and expectations in advance.
