I'm a 49-year-old female looking for a professional (but does not work from home) lodger to share my bungalow on the beach side of Shoreham. I'm an animal lover and occasionally look after other people's dogs, so you'll need to be comfortable sharing the house with four-legged visitors from time to time.
I also play musical instruments occasionally, but always at reasonable times, and I'd expect the same level of consideration in return.

🧹 The House Rules (Nothing Too Scary!)

I'm not a fan of living in a show home, but I do like things clean, tidy and well looked after.
That means:
Cleaning up after yourself
Helping with household chores
Taking pride in your own room and living space
Respecting shared areas

The house is friendly and welcoming, but it's also my home. You'll be welcome to use the kitchen and most shared areas, but I'd appreciate downtime in my lounge when I need a bit of peace and quiet.

I don't own an ironing board so you will have to bring your own if you like your clothes ironed!
