Double room in my lovely 4 bed bungalow. On beach

We are letting 2 rooms in our house. The rooms are just been decorated and is nice and tidy.
In the room has a wardrobe and a double bed, chest of drawers. These can be removed if required.
The room also comes with a sky HD box and TV one room has no TV with all standard channels So you can watch what you like when you like.
We have fiber optic all singing and dancing wireless internet.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped for all your needs. No need to have your own things but if you do that's great.
Bathroom is a good size, but just one toilet (we have to be considerate) if you like 2 hour long baths then its not the place for you.
Washing machine
Parking on the rd is no problem
We are looking for someone who is proffesional, fairly quiet (ie no drums or guitars please) most of all courteous and respectful of others in the house. The walls are thin so noise awareness is essential.
Non smoking in the house.
We have a dog and 1 cat Both very pleasent.
A nice calm house for the right person.
We are not a party house, go to bed pretty early mid week. Get up early. Someone with similar trends would be perfect. I work from home.
we have a cleaner who comes once a week and someone who cuts the grass so all we insist on is that you clean up after yourself help with taking bins out etc.
House is situated 30 secs from the beach which is kite surfer paridise !!
