A lovely double room for rent in a spacious 3 bedroom house on the seafront on Shoreham beach.

Rent is £550 pm all bills including. Sky & Broadband also included.

There is a large drive way which can easily fit 3 cars. It has a nice sized kitchen and large bathroom with separate shower and corner bath.

We are situated 100 yards from the beach and are in a quiet close on Shoreham Beach. The high street is only a 5 min walk away over the bridge. we have a lovely back garden with a large pond which has a lot of carp etc living in it.

The room comes as un-furnished.

We are a friendly and relaxed couple. Jamie and I run our own business from the house and have 2 small dogs.

we are looking for a clean and tidy Mature professional, male or female to join us for a minimum of ideally 6 months from 1st March 2016.

MUST BE AN ANIMAL LOVER!!

£550 deposit plus first month rent upfront please.
