Shared living room and kitchen with pretty much solo use of the main bathroom as I have my own en-suite with shower, i’d only ever use the main bathroom for the odd bath every now and then.

All bills included (Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Television Licence, Unlimited Broadband & BT TV in the living room).

Rent also includes access to on site residents only indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym! As well as a washing machine in the flat there is also a communal laundry room that has coin operated washing machines and dryers you can pay to use.

Off street parking available on first come first served basis in visitor bays and plenty of on street parking too.

Shoreham station nearby within walking distance thanks to the nearby footbridge over the river with fast public transport connections into London / Brighton if needed.
