Double room - Shoreham Beach£ 400pm

Hello my name is Kelly,
I have a room to rent in a flat on Shoreham Beach for £400pm. It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, tv stand/cupboard, and bedside unit. We have wireless broadband internet. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and there is a private parking space available if needed. Also smoking is permitted, but no pets are allowed.
If you wish to stay short term the rent will stay at £100pw but the deposit will go up to £400, which will be returned when you leave providing the room is as it was given to you.
