This room rent would suit a student or young professional. Included in the rent are all utility bills i. e. water, electricity and gas, wi-if is available as well but not use of the landline phone. Also included is an evening meal 4 days per week Monday to Thurs and you will have access to the kitchen to cook your own food at the weekend. We are in a lovely location on Shoreham Beach really near the sea and about 5 minutes walk to the footbridge. Good access from Shoreham via train or bus to Brighton or Worthing.
