Hi there,
My current flat mate is moving out to buy his own home so I now have a lovely, bright, clean and furnished room (or unfurnished / partly furnished if you prefer) available with it's own balcony with views of the coast, to let from 1st March.
100 yards from Shoreham beach, popular with swimmers, kite surfers, wind surfers and walkers, my 2nd floor two bedroom apartment has another double balcony off the lounge with sea views.
There is a well kept, large, communal garden that we share. I also have a garage which you are welcome to use for storage including bikes, kayaks, wetsuits etc and there is also your own parking permit on our private road included. Only the water bills are not included as the apartment is metered.
Ferry Road has it's own amenities with Post Office, off license, water sports shop, cafe, pub and brilliant value for money, seafood restaurant.
This flat share would suit someone clean and tidy, peaceful, professional and easy going. I am vegetarian at home and would prefer someone who is too but don't mind if you are not, or not strictly!
