Three bed roomed family home, happy laid back atmosphere shared by mother and son both working professionals. Pleasant environment with nice garden. Parking available and about 20 minutes walk from village shops or superstore (in different directions). Railway line gives access to south coast, Brighton and Chichester or further, also one hour from London. The area is reasonably quiet, mainly family homes in close proximity. There are playing fields and parks within minutes walk.
Shoreham by sea is full of culture, it is an old fishing village and port but in recent years has developed to become a centre for entertainment, it has a fringe theatre and many restaurants offering different cuisines, lots of bars and pubs and organised events. It prides itself on its village feel.
The room is a nicely decorated small double but has plenty of storage, broadband access and a desk so may be suitable for a post graduate student or professional. Would suit someone who wants to be independent but enjoy a family environment.
