There is a car park 90 seconds from front door where you can obtain long term bookings.

The arts centre is 90 seconds walk and you can be in Brighton & Hove in about 20 minutes (subject to traffic).

My home is a modern mews town house with a terrace / balcony overlooking a garden- with comfortable seating to sunbathe or relax. A peaceful home with good fibre optic wi FI etc etc.

One chatty ginger and white cat tends to rule us humans LOL.

The key thing I am looking for is someone who is very clean and tidy and who really recognises the importance of mutual respect when sharing a home. I have worked very hard to create a nice place so I am particular about only sharing my home with people who will be as keen as I am to maintain a high standard.

Long term home share agreements are ideal and there can be some negotiation for longer commitments. Notice period is min 3 months.
