Small Double Rm to rent Quirky Flinstone Cottage

This is a small Double Bedroom (with a double bed) in a 3 bedroom cottage in a village in the South Downs National Park, 10 mins into Chichester by car: a car or motorbike is necessary to live here as nearest bus stop is about a mile.
The room is south facing so plenty of light and white.

There is shared living room with open fire place; shared kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful wildest garden, working towards permaculture 'forest garden'....

we are situated in beautiful, rural location, the house has a retreat type feel and is quiet, no TV, but broadband if you want to watch your own stuff.

The house is a small flintstone 3 bed cottage built circa 1860's. It's cute, but basic. (though we have the usual amenities such as washing machine etc- No microwave)

There's a great pub in the village and in West Dene is the local shop.
Bus Stop for buses into town in Singleton 15-20 mins walk.

Living in the South Downs National Park means there are fantastic walks and cycling terrain on the doorstep, with a local Nature Reserve within easy reach.

Bills included with the exception of firewood… (ie - if you like to cosy up in front of the fire in the living room, we buy two loads of wood per year, a contribution would be expected) and a council tax contribution

I like a tidy house but do believe theres more important things than housework so tidy habits go along way :-) Sharing living and kitchen space is an interesting dance, but overall it's pretty relaxed, if everyone pitches in and does their share.

I'm self employed, both as a stained glass designer/maker and as a Holistic Health & Relationships Mentor/Coach, and Healer and work from home, so sometimes the living room is unavailable during the day or of an evening since I use it as my office.
