Self contained spacious flat

This is a recently redecorated spacious flat that would suit someone who likes rural as it is based above my feedroom on a livery yard. I live in a separate house on the property. £800 pcm includes bills. Must have car as no public transport.

Large open plan kitchen, living, dining area with big tv, large desk, kitchen area with fridge, microwave and 2 hob/oven. Bedroom on mezzanine floor above. The flat is furnished. I would accept a small quiet well mannered dog. This would not be suitable for children.

The loo and shower is in the feedroom below and the loo is used by liveries and the shower shared with occupants of another accommodation on site. While this might not suit everyone the spaciousness of the flat more than makes up for it. Plenty of space below for outdoor stuff such as bikes etc.
