Located between Shoreham(6 miles) and Henfield(2 miles), in a rural setting. Personal transport is essential. Small Dole is a small village with a pub and a One Stop convenience store, but Henfield, is only 2 minutes by car, and provides a range of shop, services and a doctors surgery.

The house (council tax band E) itself is generally quiet, and apart from the 3 bedrooms, consists of a bathroom upstairs, and a large living room, separate dining room, kitchen, toilet and conservatory downstairs.

Tenants are requested not to smoke inside the house. Smoking in the garden or at the back of the house, outside the kitchen, is OK.
