Room is currently furnished as shown in pictures with several chests of drawers, double wardrobe, bedside unit, double ottoman bed and TV.
I currently have a mature professional female lodger living upstairs with her own lounge and bathroom who has been here 4 years. As I travel abroad in my campervan quite a lot it makes sense to find another female lodger for the downstairs bedroom so that my current lodger would feel more comfortable. I am looking for someone who works conventional full time hours (not from home) to fit in with our very peaceful household.
Large south facing garden with loungers, table and chairs.
Modern bathroom with shower and bath..
Modern kitchen with usual facilities inc washer dryer
Large garage so plenty of space for additional fridge freezer or bike etc if required.
Lots of free street parking directly outside my property and possible use of driveway when I am away travelling which is generally at least 4 months a year.
Friendly 8 year old cat is looked after by my current lodger or my daughters’ when I am away..
Room is available from May 1st as I’m currently away until late April. Viewing is available as my daughter or lodger can be there.
