Large bright double bedroom available (4400mm x 3400mm) in 3 bed modern chalet bungalow in quiet part of Sompting. 10 minute walk to beach or Lancing station. Convenience store and bus stop are only a 1 minute walk.
Room is currently furnished as shown in pictures with several chests of drawers, double wardrobe, bedside unit, double ottoman bed and TV.
I currently have a mature professional female lodger living upstairs with her own lounge and bathroom who has been here 4 years. As I travel abroad in my campervan quite a lot it makes sense to find another female lodger for the downstairs bedroom so that my current lodger would feel more comfortable. I am looking for someone who works conventional full time hours (not from home) to fit in with our very peaceful household.

Room is available from May 1st as I’m currently away until late April. Viewing is available as my daughter or lodger can be there.
