Double room for rent.

Spacious double room available in a relaxed 3-bed house. You’ll be sharing with me, I work a lot (sometimes from home) but I’m often out of the house, but I’m friendly and happy to have a chat or chill when I’m around.

The house has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, a “home gym” you’re welcome to use, and a garden front and back (I don’t really use it, so you’re more than welcome to make it your own space). Welcome to use the lounge and kitchen whenever you want.

The third bedroom is used occasionally by my brother when he’s home from uni, but it’s also available if you have guests visiting, just ask you give me a heads up first.

There’s parking on the road, but it’s first come, first served, and fair warning, the neighbours aren’t the best parkers!
