We have a double room to rent in our family home. The room is furnished. We have plenty of off road parking, use of kitchen and facilities and a downstairs bathroom which you would pretty much have sole use of. We would like £90pw and would prefer to be paid weekly. Unfortunately we can not offer the room to dss as we have had problems before. Looking for a proffesional but would consider students. Happy to have a smoker as I smoke but im sorry but no smoking in the house, only in the garden.
