Double Room Sompting (Lancing)

Large sunny double room in semi detached house. House is modern and well decorated with a small pretty garden. Bedroom is furnished with a single bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers & TV point. There is parking outside the house and a bus route nearby, train station with links to Brighton and London is a 20 minute walk away and Worthing Hospital a 10 minute bus journey. I work shifts and am often out of the house evenings and weekends and sometimes overnight. I also have two daughters in their early twenties who visit with their partners. I'm easy going and friendly and looking for a female lodger who is the same and does their own thing. My only stipulation is that you tidy up behind yourself in the shared areas.
