I'm a working mum , I have a daughter of 11years old .we are very happy family ,would like to welcome someone into our lovely home . We have a family cat . The bedroom has a desk, bed ,built in wardrobe ,Ariel for tv if you need it , broadband . Separate bathroom and toilet . Kitchen ,diner ,sun room which we are happy for you to use ,the use of a washing machine within reason and a tumble dryer if weather is bad . We would prefer no noise after 10 clock please .
