Just off the A27, 15mn drive to Brighton and 10mn to Worthing. Direct and frequent buses to Worthing centre.

We are looking for someone who will respect the property, we do our best to keep the house clean and would expect the tenant to do the same.

We are open minded, peaceful and friendly. and would welcome someone similar..
We are quite busy but still like a good chat every now and then.
I am an alternative therapist and love to chat about deeper meanings of life while keeping a positive attitude.
There is a little adorable westie who comes and stay every now and then but is very friendly.

PS This house is located in Lancing so unless you have a car, students from Sussex University will find it hard to get there.
