Single Room With Double Bed

My current lodger is an English lady and in full time employment and I own my own company we are a very relaxed friendly household and we get on well and it's important to be tidy and thoughtful, the property is 50 meters from bognor hospital and it is in south Bersted Bognor Regis and a bus stop is over the road as well as a mini supermarket , I would like females only to apply.
Smokers allowed but outside only and I allow pets but a fish tank inside is fine and like a rabbit in a hutch outside, but NO dogs cats or caged inside pets .
