We have a little balcony big enough for sunbathing, that overlooks the ocean, and access to a large communal roof terrace overlooking the South Downs and the whole of the West Sussex Coast.

Literally 30 secs walk from the beach, Lancing Green and Perch and just 5 minutes walk from Lancing Station
