Double room available very shortly

A beautiful, spacious double room in our home will be available to rent shortly. Availability date is flexible.

Sharing the house with myself and my partner you will have use of the kitchen/diner, bathroom (with overhead shower and plenty of hot water) and garden.

The room is furnished with a good quality double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (desk is available if required). The room is at the back of the house so is quiet and overlooks the garden.

Unfortunately 'work from home' applicants will not be considered.

Bills are included as is use of the washing machine and all kitchen equipment. On street parking is available.

We are near the Shoreham/Lancing border. Shops and 700 bus stop within 200m and train station 1mile away.

We are friendly, outgoing people who both work and would like to share our house with somebody who is similar.
