Mon-Friday let

We have a spare room available in our two bedroom flat available for a Monday - Friday let. Would suit professionals who need somewhere to stay during the week for work or want to be closer to work during the week. Free on street parking, 10 minutes from Lancing train station and easy access to the A27. Lovely location just 5 minutes from the beach. We both work Monday - Friday 9-5 ish outside of the flat. We like to relax in the evenings, and enjoy cooking and watching films. We are sometimes out visiting friends or playing sport midweek. You would be welcome to share our space during the evenings. Our spare room is small-medium sized, fits a double or a single bed, we have both options it would be your decision which you would prefer - we are in the process of picking up a wardrobe and small table/desk to furnish the room with. We have high speed virgin broadband.

Price is negotiable prior to agreement depending on how many nights a week are required. All bills included.
