Double room with own bathroom, on the beach

The house is located on Widewater Lagoon with a footpath to the beach. Its about a mile to Shoreham or Lancing stations and the 700 bus stops right outside. You will be sharing with an old surf bum and his dog, a labrador that likes bananas and sleeps 18 hours a day. The room is a reasonable size and has its own but separate bathroom. The living room has views over the Lagoon to the beach, there is a terraced garden and swans and ducks frequent the mooring. There are some shops opposite but its a pretty quiet area once you're off the main road. Fibreoptic broadband, washing machine and all bills included. Monday to Friday let.
