I was extremely happy living as a lodger there.  S made me feel welcome, comfortable and secure living as a lodger in her home, and it was like a ‘home from home’ to me at all times.  I was made to feel welcome in all of the shared areas, particularly the kitchen, where we would often chat and exchange news about our ‘day’, etc.
 
My room was cosy, warm and comfortable, with all the facilities that I needed.  The bathroom and kitchen were always clean and tidy, with specific areas to keep my things, etc.
 
S is an excellent landlady.  She is warm, friendly and approachable, and I always felt able to come and go as freely as I needed to at any time.  I certainly missed my time there when I moved on.

S is so interesting to speak with, always fair and considerate, important when living in a shared space. S is a wonderful landlady and became a wonderful friend.
